Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.

- Understand students’ educational and career goals and recommend suitable programs.

- Handle course enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Maintain student enquiry and admission records.

- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.

- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Basic knowledge of professional/technical courses is an advantage.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
