Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective and current students in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career paths, and academic opportunities

Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

Maintain accurate student records and follow-up schedules

Assist students through the admission and enrollment process

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and institutions

Meet individual and team targets for enrollments

Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends,



and competitor programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); Master’s preferred

1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education advisory (freshers with solid communication can apply)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Ability to work in a target-driven environmentour e aadhar card
