Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for an Academic Counsellor.

The Academic

Counsellor will be responsible for providing career and academic guidance to students, assisting them in identifying suitable career paths, and recommending appropriate courses or programs.





Responsibilities include counseling potential students, understanding their educational and career goals, addressing queries, and maintaining consistent communication regarding program updates and opportunities. Additionally, the counsellor will collaborate with the admissions and content teams to ensure optimal student success.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively
- Very good communication skill required
- Strong skills in Academic Advising and Education to recommend relevant programs and learning paths
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with students and handle queries professionally
- Empathy and active listening skills to understand and address student aspirations
- Experience in the ed-tech domain or a background in counseling is highly advantageous
