? Working Days: 6 Days a Week ? Key Responsibilities • Counsel prospective students and understand their academic & career goals
- Explain programs, perks, fee structure and career opportunities
- Handle leads, follow-ups and the complete counselling process
- Conduct consultations and product/program demonstrations
- Handle objections and convert qualified leads into admissions
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission/sales targets
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through CRM
- Build strong relationships with students and parents/prospects ? Eligibility ✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory
✅ Prior experience in Academic Counselling / Inside Sales / B2C Sales preferred
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
