Job Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale 3DEXPERIENCE and EXALEAD environments to support search, indexing, and data management needs. You will administer EXALEAD components, manage 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA infrastructure, and provide L2/L3 production support. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Linux/Windows servers, middleware, databases, and scripting, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and business users.

Key Responsibilities

- EXALEAD Administration
- Administer and manage the EXALEAD environment using the EXALEAD Admin Console.
- Configure and maintain EXALEAD Connectors, Transformations, and Aggregations.
- Manage EXALEAD Job Orchestration, including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Perform MQL, Java, and 3DEXPERIENCE data model exploration to support indexing and search requirements.
- Troubleshoot search, indexing, and synchronization issues.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and production operations for EXALEAD.
- 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA environments.
- Manage Linux and Windows servers and middleware components (including Apache Tomcat).
- Handle upgrades, patching, deployments, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues.
- Support SSL/TLS,



certificates, networking, and database performance optimization (Oracle / SQL).
- Monitor platform performance and system health.
- Create automation scripts (Shell / PowerShell) and technical documentation.
- Provide L2/L3 production support.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with peers, business users, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Proactively identify system improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Apply modern development and administration practices in an agile environment.

- Minimum 15 years of full-time education (e.g., B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent).
