About the RoleAvillion Farms is looking for a talented 3D Visualizer with 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural, interior, and exterior visualization. The candidate will be responsible for converting architectural concepts and 2D drawings into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals for luxury villas, premium farmhouses, and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D Interior Renderings for luxury villas and premium residences.
- Create realistic 3D Exterior Renderings including facades, buildings, landscapes, and outdoor spaces.
- Develop accurate 3D models from AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
- Produce photorealistic renders with realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, landscaping, and surroundings.
- Create architectural walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals.
- Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers.
- Understand design concepts and translate them accurately into 3D visualizations.
- Incorporate revisions based on client, architect, and management feedback.
- Prepare high-quality visuals for client presentations and project approvals.
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, proportions, materials, and architectural detailing.

Candidates must have a solid portfolio demonstrating actual completed projects. Candidate Profile

- Strong creative and technical visualization skills.
- Excellent understanding of architectural and interior design.
- Ability to convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into accurate 3D models and photorealistic renders.
- Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, materials, and realism.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with immediate or short notice availability will be preferred.
