About the RoleShubharambh Productions Private Limited is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D designs and realistic visualizations for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, stage setups, brand activations, product launches, and experiential spaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative visualization, spatial understanding, technical knowledge, and the ability to convert client briefs and concepts into realistic and production-feasible designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D designs, models, renders, perspectives, elevations, and walkthroughs for events and experiential spaces.
- Design stages, exhibition stalls, booths, kiosks, backdrops, installations, lounges, registration areas, and branding structures.
- Convert client briefs, sketches, 2D concepts, and creative ideas into detailed 3D designs.
- Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements, brand guidelines, event themes, and venue limitations.
- Create realistic lighting, materials, textures, finishes, and environments.
- Develop multiple design options for client presentations and internal approvals.
- Ensure designs are practical, fabrication-friendly, and suitable for on-site execution.
- Coordinate with Creative, Client Servicing, Production, Operations, and Fabrication teams.
- Prepare accurate layouts, dimensions, elevations, drawings, and technical references.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback, production requirements, and site conditions.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within agreed timelines.
- Maintain organized project files, source files, models, textures, renders, and design versions.

- Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar 3D software.
- Proficiency in V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or similar rendering software.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling, lighting, materials, textures, rendering, and spatial design.
- Good understanding of dimensions, scale, proportions, and spatial planning.
- Strong creative visualization and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to create realistic and visually compelling renders.
- Good understanding of event, exhibition, stage, and experiential design.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

- Preferred Experience

- Experience in an Event Management Agency, Event Production Company, Experiential Marketing Agency, Exhibition Company, or Advertising Agency.
- Experience designing corporate event stages, exhibition stalls, booths, conferences, brand activations, and experiential spaces.
- Experience working with fabrication and production teams.
- Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, event structures, and on-site execution.
