About the Role

Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and creative 3D Event Designer to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who can transform event concepts and client requirements into high-quality 3D designs, realistic visualizations, and impressive event experiences. If you are passionate about event design, creative visualization, stage design, exhibitions, and experiential spaces, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D event designs and realistic visualizations for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, launches, and brand activations.
- Develop stage designs, entrance concepts, exhibition stalls, booths, backdrops, LED structures, lounges, and event environments.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into attractive 3D concepts and presentations.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with the event production, fabrication, project management, and creative teams.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure designs are creative, practical, technically feasible, and within project requirements.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material references, and visual concepts when required.
- Take accurate site measurements and incorporate site conditions into designs.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Technical Skills Candidates should have good working knowledge of:

- 3D Max / SketchUp / Blender / similar 3D software
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- V-Ray / Corona / Lumion / Enscape or similar rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator / InDesign – added advantage
- 3D modelling, texturing, lighting & realistic rendering




- 2D drafting and technical drawings
- Event/stage layout planning
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and production requirements

- Excellent understanding of space, scale, proportion, lighting, colours and materials
- Ability to create premium and visually appealing event concepts
- Good understanding of event production and fabrication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand client requirements
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and practical design approach
- Willingness to work flexible hours when project requirements demand

Language Requirements English – Good communication skills is mandatory

Knowledge of the following languages will be an advantage:

- Malayalam
- Tamil
- Hindi

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Event / Exhibition / Experiential Design industry
- Candidates with strong experience in 3D event design and visualization preferred.
- Must have a strong portfolio of event/stage/exhibition designs.
- AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- Candidates who can understand both creative and technical aspects of event execution will have an advantage.
