About the Role

Dreamcatcher Studios is looking for a talented and creative 3D Exhibition Design Generalist to join our growing design team.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing exhibition stalls, 3D Walkthroughs etc. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into engaging spatial experiences while ensuring technical feasibility and production readiness.

The role requires someone who can independently manage the complete design workflow—from concept development and space planning to detailed modelling, technical drawings, and high-quality photorealistic renders.

A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Design exhibition stalls, trade show booths, pavilions, museums, and experiential environments.
- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs and brand requirements.
- Create 3D models, layouts, and space planning for exhibitions and experience centers.
- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders and walkthrough visuals.
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, lighting concepts, and presentation boards.
- Prepare client presentation visuals and design documentation.
- Create fabrication-friendly technical drawings and working drawings wherever required.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Integrate branding, graphics, digital content, and interactive elements into spatial designs.
- Work on event installations, product launches, retail environments, museums, and immersive experiences.
- Ensure designs are aesthetically strong, technically accurate,



and delivered within project timelines.

- Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, including preparation of layout plans, technical drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction details.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven with robust attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
