About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Placement Coordinator who can bridge the gap between students and the industry. If you’re passionate about helping students launch their careers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication & relationship-building skills — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate placement-related activities across batches
Build and maintain corporate relationships and drive outreach for internships & job opportunities




Manage student grievances professionally and empathetically
Maintain and organize placement and student-related data & reports
Act as the communication bridge between students, companies, and internal teams
Support students with interview readiness, resume reviews, and feedback
Plan and Coordinate for Alumni Meetings and Events
Support examination team with results of Placements/Communication Related Subjects
Note: THIS IS A FRESHER ROLE CANDIDATES WITH MORE THAN 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE.
✅ Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle student concerns tactfully
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data management tools, and Placement Management System
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Experience in career counselling, training and development shall be appreciated.
