Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Creative Designer with luxury real estate experience

who understands premium, sophisticated and aspirational visual communication. The candidate should be able to independently handle

static creatives, Reels, motion graphics, video editing and AI-generated content .

Key Responsibilities:
Create premium

static creatives, carousels, digital ads and social media content .
Create

Reels, motion graphics, video edits and short-form videos .
Develop creative concepts for

luxury real estate projects and campaigns .
Work with architectural renders, lifestyle imagery and premium visual assets.
Maintain a

high-end, sophisticated visual language

across different brands.
Convert marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and content.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media teams.

AI & Creative Technology – Must Have
Strong hands-on understanding of

AI-powered content creation and creative workflows .
The candidate should be comfortable using:
ChatGPT

Claude
Grok
Midjourney / similar AI image-generation tools
Magnific

for image enhancement/upscaling
Envato

for creative assets, templates and resources
AI tools for

video generation, image-to-video, animation and visual effects
The candidate should be able to use AI not just for ideation, but to

create, enhance and generate production-ready visual content .

Requirements:
Proficiency in

Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro .
Robust knowledge of

static, motion and video content .
Good understanding of current

AI creative tools and workflows .
Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
Experience - 3 to 6 years

Portfolio is mandatory.
Portfolio should demonstrate:
Luxury real estate creatives
Static & carousel designs
Reels & video editing
Motion graphics
AI-generated images/videos
Premium campaign concepts
