Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Admissions Counsellor

with strong expertise in

UK & Ireland admissions

and working knowledge of

Dubai

. The role will manage student profiles, applications, university selection, documentation, and visa guidance from counselling through enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:
·

Assess student profiles and recommend suitable

universities, courses, and pathways

based on academic background, career goals, and budget.
·

Manage the

end-to-end application process

, including documentation, submission, offer tracking, and fulfilment of conditions.
·

Provide accurate guidance on

UK & Ireland universities, courses, entry requirements, intakes, deadlines, and admission processes

.
·

Have working knowledge of

Dubai universities, courses, and admission processes

.
·

Guide students on

visa requirements, documentation, and application processes

, particularly for the UK and Ireland.
·

Review applications and documents for accuracy and completeness.
·





Maintain updated student/application records and follow-ups on the

CRM

.
·

Coordinate with students, universities, and internal teams to ensure timely application and enrolment.
·

Stay updated on changes in university admissions, visa requirements, and destination policies.

Skills & Qualifications
·

4–5+ years

of experience in overseas education counselling/admissions.
·

Minimum

2.5+ years of hands-on experience with UK & Ireland applications

.
·

Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland universities and admission processes; working knowledge of Dubai.
·

Experience in student profile assessment, application management, and visa guidance.
·

Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
·

Solid counselling, communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
·

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
