About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot rooftop solar power systems. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge, a safety-first approach, and the ability to work efficiently at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install rooftop solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components.
- Perform wiring, mounting, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project team for timely completion of work.
- Maintain installation reports and service records.
- Educate customers on basic system operation and maintenance.
Qualifications
- ITI in Electrician/Electronics/Fitter/Solar Technician or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and solar technology.
- Experience in solar installation is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of tools and testing equipment.
- Positive communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet customers and explain solar products, pricing, and government subsidies.
- Conduct site visits with the technical team when required.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and submit daily sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
