Position: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Full-time / Part time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental procedures including scaling, fillings, extractions, and RCTs
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
- Assist in advanced procedures (implants, Laser surgery, periodontal surgeries, aesthetic treatments) if required
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with senior dentists/specialists for multidisciplinary cases
Requirements:
- BDS (MDS preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid State Dental Council registration
- 0–3 years of clinical experience (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and grow clinically
Skills Preferred:
- Basic endodontic skills
- Knowledge of surgical procedures
- Interest in aesthetic dentistry and implants
- Ability to manage OPD independently
