- Hire staff - Ads posting, calling the candidates, Interviewing the candidates, Training the candidates, Paperwork & Onboarding
- Training - Training current staff, Policy orientation, motivation, staff retention, SOP creation
- B2B Sales - Connect with local businesses and sell them our cleaning services

Leadership & Management will help you with training & learning the skills required for above work.
