We are hiring for sales executive profile and team leader-

Lead a 5-10 member sales team and drive PL/OD numbers in Noida market.

You’ll be the owner of team targets, DSA engagement, and month-end closures.

Key Responsibilities-

- Team Management: training and monitoring daily performance of AROs & Sales Executives

- Target Delivery: Achieve monthly disbursal targets for Personal Loan and OD

- Lead Handling: Distribute leads, track login to disbursal ratio, reduce TAT

- Market Development: Build & maintain DSA/connector network in Noida/Ghaziabad

- Reporting: Daily MIS, team reviews, coordination with banks & operations

- Drive Sales: Achieve monthly targets for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and OD products through leads, referrals, and self-sourcing

- Build Relationships: Counsel clients, understand their financial needs, and recommend the right loan products

Must Have

- 6months to 2+ years in Loan Sales – PL/OD with channel partners or DSA

- 1+ year team handling experience – 5+ member team minimum

- Solid market knowledge of Noida/Delhi NCR
