Role & responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the store during the assigned shift.

- Monitor daily sales, transactions, stock movement and operational activities.
- Ensure all products are available, properly stored and served as per quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and store presentation.
- Allocate duties and prepare/execute shift-wise task assignments.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and adherence to company policies.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Handle team-related issues and escalate concerns to the Area Manager when required.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.




- Resolve customer issues within the scope of authority and escalate where required.
- Ensure accurate order taking, billing and delivery.
- Monitor product-wise sales and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling by the team.
- Ensure cash and digital payment transactions are accurately managed.
- Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Minimise product wastage and operational losses.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Follow all company SOPs and statutory requirements applicable to store operations.
