Dispatch Executive – Job Profile

Job Location : Mumbai – Juhinagar II Malad II Bhiwandi

Education : 12th to Any Graduates

Experience : 1 to 3 Years in Dispatch or Logistic

Role : Dispatch & Delivery Profile on Project Site

Salary : 20000 to 25000 + Petrol + Incentive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing dispatch activities, preparing orders, coordinating with the warehouse/store team, and delivering products safely and on time to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and verify orders for dispatch.
- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Ensure correct quantity and product details before dispatch.
- Deliver orders to customers within the assigned area and timeline.
- Handle Petty cash/COD payments, if applicable.
- Maintain proper delivery records and update delivery status through the company app.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and locations.




- Handle products carefully and maintain their condition during transportation.
- Return undelivered or rejected orders as per company process.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and customer-service standards.

Key Skills:

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic smartphone/app knowledge.
- Knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Ability to handle multiple orders.
- Responsible and disciplined approach.
- Two-wheeler driving skills and a valid driving licence, where applicable.

Eligibility:

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Pass preferred.
- Experience: experienced candidates in Logistic II or Dispatch
- Age: As per company requirements.
- Vehicle: Two-wheeler may be required depending on the location and job requirement.
