Role Summary

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in India. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable applications across the entire software stack. As a senior engineer, you will contribute to technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural decisions, helping to drive innovation and efficiency in our engineering processes.
What you will do

Architect, develop, and optimizefull-stack applications with modern web technologies.

Lead the design and implementation ofscalable microservices, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.

Develop and maintain front-end applications usingReact, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Build robust backend services usingJava, Node.js, or Python, integrating with databases and external systems.

Drivebest practices in software engineering, including code reviews, design patterns, and scalable architectures.

Work withcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)and cloud platforms likeAWS, GCP, or Azure.

Optimizedatabase performancewith relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Ensure high availability, security,



and performance of applications through proactive monitoring and testing.

Continuously improveCI/CD pipelines, development workflows, and automation strategies.
Required Skills

5+ yearsof experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on scalable web applications.

Deep experience with backend development usingJava, Node.js, Python, or Go.

Strong proficiency inJavaScript/TypeScriptand front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Expertise in buildingRESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

Hands-on experience withcloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure) andserverless computing.

Strong knowledge ofcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)andinfrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).

Familiarity with secure coding practices and software supply chain security principles

A track record oftechnical leadershipin driving projects and mentoring engineers.
