Role Overview: We are looking for an OHS Lead to manage workplace safety, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audits, and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OHS/HSE policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Conduct safety training, awareness programs, and drills.
- Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
- Ensure PPE and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with auditors, external agencies, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in OHS/HSE.
- Robust experience in safety audits, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- NEBOSH Industrial Safety certification preferred.
