Position Summary

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Artist with 3 to 4 years of experience in creating compelling motion designs for the digital advertising field. The role requires expertise in Adobe After Effects , alongside a creative vision to transform ideas into engaging animations and visual stories. You will play a crucial role in brainstorming and bringing concepts to life through animations, explainer videos, and dynamic social media content.

Key Responsibility Areas

Motion Design Concepts : Collaborate with the creative team to develop motion design concepts aligned with project briefs. Translate ideas into visually stunning animations and motion graphics for various platforms.Project Management : Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Receive feedback regularly maintaining high-quality deliverables. Regularly take feedback and refine work as needed.Research & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics and visual storytelling. Incorporate new techniques and design languages into your work to support a fresh and cutting-edge approach.Execution & Quality Control : Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines, support functional compatibility, and meet client expectations. Conduct thorough reviews before final delivery.Collaboration :



Work closely with Art, Copy, and Code teams to ensure cohesive project execution. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative development process.

Skills Required

- Ability in Adobe After Effects , Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to create motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and apps.
- Experience in branding, customer experience designs, and interactive content is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools for video editing or 3D animation is an advantage.

Qualifications

Education and requirements:

- Bachelor/Diploma degree in Applied Art / Fine Art/ graphic design, Communication Arts, or equivalent.
- Proven portfolio displaying motion graphic projects.
