Key Responsibilities - Take complete ownership of interior projects from project kickoff to final handover. - Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans. - Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. - Conduct regular site visits and monitor day-to-day execution. - Ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards. - Plan and coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements. - Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, wallpaper, modular, and other interior works. - Identify site issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure timely closure. - Track project progress against planned timelines and take corrective action for delays. - Manage subcontractors and vendors and ensure timely completion of assigned works. - Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper finishing and workmanship. - Maintain project documentation including BOQ, drawings, site reports, MOMs, material approvals, snag lists, and handover documents. - Coordinate with the design team for site-related clarifications and design changes. - Monitor project costs and ensure execution remains within the approved budget. - Communicate project progress, delays, risks, and requirements to clients and management. - Conduct snagging and ensure all pending works are closed before handover. - Coordinate final cleaning, documentation, and project handover to the client.



- Ensure compliance with site safety, company processes, and project execution SOPs. Required Skills - Strong project planning and execution skills. - Good knowledge of interior execution processes. - Strong client handling and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple vendors and teams simultaneously. - Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, drawings, and material specifications. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. - Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills. - Ability to identify project risks and take proactive corrective action. - Strong documentation and reporting skills. Qualifications & Experience - Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. - 1.5-2 years of experience in interior project execution/project management. - Experience handling residential interior projects from start to finish. - Candidates with strong site execution and client management experience will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Project completion within committed timeline. - Project execution within approved budget. - Quality and finishing standards. - Client satisfaction and successful handover. - Vendor and subcontractor performance. - Reduction in rework and site defects. - Timely closure of snags and escalations. - Material and manpower planning efficiency. - Accuracy of project documentation and reporting.
