Senior Graphic Designer – Sports Event Project Two-Month Contract | Chennai | In-person Evolve is looking for a talented and dependable Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team for a major sports event project in Tamil Nadu, Chennai. This is a fast-paced, two-month assignment involving real-time social media creatives, sports storytelling and event communication. We are looking for someone who can combine strong design thinking with speed, accuracy and consistency. Role: Graphic Designer Location: Chennai Engagement: Two-month project contract Work mode: On-site Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio Joining: Immediate KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Design high-quality social media creatives for a major sports tournament • Create match fixtures, results, medal tallies and event announcements • Develop athlete profiles, milestone posts, quote cards and venue creatives • Produce rapid-turnaround designs during live event days • Work with the Social Media Manager and Video Editor to execute the daily content plan • Adapt approved templates for multiple sports, districts and event categories • Ensure athlete names, scores,



dates and official information are presented accurately • Work with Tamil and English content while maintaining proper typography and readability • Maintain organised editable files, exports and project archives • Follow brand guidelines, approval workflows and project SOPs REQUIREMENTS • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in social media, sports, events, news or advertising • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social media design capabilities • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator • Ability to understand, read and work accurately with Tamil content • Spoken, Written & Reading Tamil is mandatory • Robust understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, composition and branding • Ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy or design quality • Comfortable working with structured briefs, templates, deadlines and approval processes • Available for the complete two-month project period • Willing to work according to the event schedule, including selected weekends and evenings • Must have a reliable, work-ready laptop WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is creative but also highly dependable.
