Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Performance Coach to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is a certified personal trainer who is technically strong, eager to learn, adaptable, and has a explicit vision to grow in the health and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a productive and disciplined work schedule of 8–9 hours daily
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled meetings, including: Weekly Team Meetings,Performance Coach–Nutritionist Alignment Meetings,Internal Performance Coach Sync-Ups,Additional meetings scheduled by management
- Deliver personalised one-on-one training sessions based on client goals and progress
- Design and regularly update customised workout plans using the Fitway application
- Stay actively engaged in client support groups to drive motivation, accountability, and participation
- Conduct monthly fitness assessments to monitor client progress and optimise training plans
- Share BCA (Body Composition Analysis) reports in assigned internal groups to ensure progress tracking and transparency
- Ensure clients follow correct exercise form, technique, and safety protocols during workouts
- Educate and motivate clients on fitness fundamentals, recovery,



and basic nutrition practices
- Collaborate closely with in-house nutritionists to align fitness and nutrition strategies
- Maintain accurate client records, workout logs, progress notes, and performance tracking
- Uphold the professional standards, culture, and brand values of WILDFIT Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

Qualifications:

- Certified Personal Trainer (K11, IFSI, PREHAB121, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent) - mandatory
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and program design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discipline, organization, and accountability
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work efficiently on fitness and coaching applications
- Strong client engagement and motivational coaching abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Must comply with the company’s exclusivity and dual-employment policies
