Title: State Academic Expert: Partnership and Trainings;- Level 1

Location: Guntur/Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement processes for high-quality curriculum development aligned with national

standards for parents and educators in the public education system, targeting ages 0-3 and 3-6. 2.

Lead the content and training material creation process for different ECCE domains in Hindi and

English language (ideation, shooting video footage, coordinating with media editors, coordinating





with Teacher Professional Development Team)

3. Support in Scripting/Translation/dubbing/production and Quality Management of all content

produced in Hindi/English Language along with other representatives from Education Team 4.

Plan and anchor pilot-testing/user-testing across various content formats —videos, games,

worksheets, images and polls—to assess effectiveness of RL's curriculum and to integrate user

feedback into content development.

5. Review curriculum monthly and annual plans for Parent and Teacher product in assigned

geographies with Junior/Associate State ECCE Experts

6. Support in optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure full

functionality, including automated scheduling, content uploads, and user engagement

for Hindi curriculum packets.
