Job Description

OneTrust is looking for a hands-on Digital CX Developer with full-stack capability and a robust front-end bias to implement, customise, and optimise features across our customer portal and community platform.



As a key technical resource within the Digital Customer Experience team, you will help bring customer journeys to life through customer-facing interface development, backend configuration, integrations, and automation—powering a seamless, self-service experience at scale.

This role bridges engineering, digital strategy, and customer enablement. You will work closely with UX, Product, Ops, and cross-functional technical teams to rapidly deploy platform enhancements and backend improvements that increase adoption, usability, engagement, and customer value. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building polished user-facing experiences and supporting the logic, integrations, and workflows behind them.
