We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Regulatory Reporting Technology team, with a primary focus on MiFID/EMIR transaction reporting. The role involves building, enhancing, and maintaining mission‑critical reporting platforms that ensure Saxo’s compliance with global regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with product owners, regulatory specialists, and other engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core for regulatory reporting solutions (MiFID).
- Work on high‑volume, data‑intensive systems involving trade data processing, validation, enrichment, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Regulatory SMEs, and QA teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve system performance, stability, observability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design, and best practices.
- Support production monitoring, incident analysis, and root‑cause resolution.




- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and documentation, supporting long‑term team sustainability.
- Guide and mentor junior developers where needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- Solid experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Robust understanding of SQL Server and relational database design.
- Experience working with distributed systems and event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka or similar).
- Experience with production support, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
- Ability to work independently in a complex, regulated domain.
- Prior experience working in financial services or fintech environments.

Good to Have
- Experience in Regulatory Reporting, MiFID / MiFIR, EMIR, or other financial regulations.
- Exposure to microservices
