Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Accounts

Location: Sanjan - Vapi

Experience: 7 - 10 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including AP, AR, billing, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, and financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filings.
- Monitor receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and cash flow.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses, and accounting entries.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper accounting of inventory, stock adjustments, and cost-related transactions.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Positive understanding of GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
- Expertise in MIS & Monthly Closing
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management
- Knowledge of Inventory & Cost Accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP/Tally
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Good Team Management & Communication Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Required Qualification: - B.Com/M.Com

Salary :-Upto 8.40 LPA
