*Responsibilities:*
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
- Conduct all outpatient department (OPD) consultations with precision and empathy, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
- Perform cataract surgeries using advanced phacoemulsification (phaco) techniques, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative management,



and postoperative follow-up.
- Utilize up-to-date surgical equipment and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation protocols to achieve optimal visual outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including optometrists, nurses, and other specialists, to deliver integrated patient care.
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and clinical guidelines in ophthalmology through continuous professional development.
- Participate in hospital quality assurance programs, clinical audits, and research initiatives as required.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and trainees in clinical and surgical procedures.
