Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cloud platform organization responsible for cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, DevSecOps, and reliability. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: the manager will lead people and strategy while remaining close enough to architecture, design reviews, troubleshooting, incident response, and selected engineering work to provide strong technical direction and credibility.

People & Technical Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop platform, cloud, DevOps,



and SRE engineers; set explicit expectations for ownership, quality, and delivery.
- Develop senior engineers and technical leads through mentoring, feedback, career planning, and practical technical guidance.
- Remain actively involved in architecture, design reviews, code/infrastructure reviews, and complex technical decisions.
- Balance hands-on technical leadership with people management without becoming a delivery bottleneck.

Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Define and execute the cloud platform, developer experience, DevOps, and reliability roadmap.
- Lead architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, identity, and platform services.
- Build scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient platform capabilities and reusable engineering patterns.
- Partner across engineering, security, networking, product, and infrastructure teams to drive technical alignment.
