About The Role

The Senior Executive, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;), will support the design and implementation of M&E; frameworks across social impact projects. Guided by senior team members, you will execute data collection, perform analyses, and ensure adherence to data quality standards.

Requirements
M&E; Framework Development & Tool Creation
- Write inception reports and develop comprehensive M&E; frameworks for social impact projects
- Design and develop data collection tools, instruments, and survey questionnaires
- Create logical frameworks, theory of change models, and result measurement matrices
- Develop standard operating procedures for data collection and quality assurance

Field Team Leadership & Data Collection Management
- Lead and coordinate field teams during data collection activities
- Provide training to field staff on M&E; methodologies, tools, and data collection protocols
- Monitor and supervise field operations to ensure data quality and adherence to timelines
- Conduct field visits to oversee data collection and provide on-ground
