Cloud Specialist

About the Role
As a Cloud Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data acquisition and processing pipelines that power Hyland's Migration Intelligence and Automation platform. You will ensure that metadata is reliably discovered, ingested, transformed, and made available for downstream analytics and decision-making. Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do
- Design and implement automated data discovery mechanisms across cloud and on-premise systems; develop and maintain API integrations, connectors, and ingestion pipelines; identify and onboard new data sources required for migration intelligence
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Fabric, or equivalent platforms; implement data transformation, normalization,



and enrichment logic; optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement data quality controls to ensure data completeness, standardization, and deduplication; apply business rules defined by the architecture to ensure consistent and reliable outputs
- Diagnose and resolve issues in data pipelines, ingestion processes, and transformation logic; partner with Data Specialists and Architects to address root causes and improve overall system design
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable integrations with internal and external data sources to support the Migration Intelligence and Automation platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Specialists and Architects to continuously improve pipeline performance, data reliability, and overall platform capability

Role Essentials – What You'll Need
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with advanced SQL and data transformation expertise
