THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Product Manager will be pivotal to our company's success.



You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing product organization, serving as the strategic owner of the Sales Engagement product area within our Predictive Revenue Platform — driving the vision, roadmap, and execution that directly impacts how enterprise revenue teams operate.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that help revenue teams make smarter, faster decisions. Specifically, you will:
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship high-quality product features on time and with measurable impact.
- Own and prioritize your product roadmap, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct deep customer discovery and translate insights into clear, well-scoped requirements and user stories.
- Define success metrics and rigorously track product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
