Role Name: Associate – Strategy & Communications

We are looking for a young, high-energy, detail-oriented qualified to join the CEO Office, supporting strategic communications and executive priorities. The role will work at the intersection of Corporate PR, Marketing and the CEO Office. This is not a traditional PR role. The individual will act as a central coordinator across multiple business functions, ensuring that the right stories, business achievements and strategic priorities are translated into compelling communication for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate/Retailer Communications (Approx. 60%)
Manage and support the execution of the CEO office’s corporate communication agenda, working closely with Corporate Marketing, mall marketing teams and external PR agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the CEO Office communication calendar in line with business priorities and key milestones.
- Coordinate with marketing teams across the portfolio to identify stories, campaigns,



launches and initiatives suitable for Retailer communication.
- Curate business achievements, innovation stories and leadership initiatives for external communication.
- Manage the leadership communication calendar, including LinkedIn content, thought leadership articles, interviews and speaking opportunities.
- Support for media interactions and industry recognitions.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across corporate communication channels.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the company’s visibility through industry forums, partnerships and strategic storytelling.
- Plan the hosting of in store brand activation along with the brand CEOs with very very select brands during the year.
- Planning the corporate gifting as required.

2. Business Coordination & Executive Communication (Approx. 30%)
Serve as a central coordination point within the CEO Office to ensure timely flow of business information across the retail portfolio.
