We are hiring a Recovery Executive – Personal Loan in Rajasthan.

Job Title: Recovery Executive – Personal Loan
(Only Male Can Apply)

Location: Banswara, Rajasthan
Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers with overdue personal loan payments to ensure timely recovery

- Negotiate repayment plans and conduct regular follow-ups

- Maintain accurate documentation of recovery efforts and payments

- Resolve customer disputes and queries professionally

- Collaborate with the back-office team to update recovery status

- Ensure compliance with recovery guidelines and ethical practices

- Meet or exceed monthly recovery targets

- Maintain good relationships with customers to improve recovery chances

- Use smartphones and data entry apps to log recovery details





- Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in loan recovery or field collections (personal loan preferred)

- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with local geography (Banswara and surrounding areas)

- Basic smartphone and app usage proficiency

- Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated
