Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollout).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.
- Handle onboarding and induction of current employees.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
