Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Support Manager to lead customer support, technical troubleshooting, and product knowledge development for vehicle safety and IoT-based systems. The role involves hands-on technical support, team training, and close coordination with factories and leadership for continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical customer support for vehicle safety and IoT-based products
Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis for faults and failures
Train and mentor recent and junior service engineers/technicians
Liaise with manufacturing factories to gain a deep understanding of product functioning, operation, and maintenance
Coordinate with internal teams and directors for product development and enhancements
Travel domestically and internationally for product training and technical support assignments
Support installation,



commissioning, and maintenance activities as required

Education Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Automobile / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience Requirements:
Hands-on experience in installation, servicing, or troubleshooting of vehicle safety products such as:
Rear-view camera systems
Proximity warning systems
Automatic fire detection systems
Exposure to IoT-based systems is preferred
