Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Engineer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator and lift installation, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant installation of equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination with internal teams, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute the installation of lifts and elevators at client sites as per design and safety standards

- Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion

- Inspect site conditions and prepare installation schedules

- Handle equipment delivery, unloading, and storage at the site

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (ISO, BIS, etc.)





- Conduct testing and commissioning of elevators post-installation

- Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, site safety records, and installation checklists

- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure corrective action

- Liaise with customers and site representatives for smooth execution

- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lift/elevator installation

- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

- Working knowledge of installation tools, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel and work at different sites as needed
