2. Knowledge of Kaizen, VSM, Standard work 6’s & QOS, DBM, OEE work Study, method study, Kanban, Poka-yoke

3. Solid Planning analytical & Problem-Solving Skill

4. Knowledge of Plant setup, Policies & procedure Implementation

5. Knowledge of visual Management

4. Supervising QOS Implementation & analysing product, Process issue
