Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, client-handling capabilities, and project coordination skills to deliver innovative and functional interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Concept Development

- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and material selections.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and project objectives.
- Create design presentations, concept drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, functionality, budget, and timelines.

Technical Design & Documentation
- Prepare detailed working drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Develop BOQs, specifications, material schedules, and furniture layouts.
- Review technical drawings and ensure design feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and execution teams.

Project Management
- Lead projects from design development to final execution.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and design inspections.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Resolve design-related challenges during execution.

Client Management




- Present concepts and design proposals to clients.
- Understand feedback and implement revisions effectively.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure client satisfaction.

Vendor & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and procurement teams.
- Guide junior designers and review their work.
- Ensure materials and finishes are sourced as per approved design.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong project coordination and leadership abilities.
- Good understanding of construction details and site execution.
- Budgeting and vendor management.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects.
- Solid portfolio showcasing design and execution expertise.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
