Experience: 3–7 years in Infrastructure lease out Marketing

Language: Kannada & English (Desirable)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) | MBA (Marketing) – Preferred

Role Summary

The Manager – Marketing & Leasing will lead marketing and leasing strategy for MMLP Bengaluru, drive warehouse occupancy (RTM & BTS), develop channel partnerships, and build a strong customer pipeline .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Development





- Develop and execute leasing & marketing strategy (RTM & BTS models)

- Identify and target key customer segments indian or overseas clients

- Build and manage a channel partner network

- Prepare and monitor annual & monthly budgets

- Desired Profile

- Strong logistics/leasing background for Indian and foreign customers/clients

- International exposure in leasing is preferred.

- Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills

- Smart, dynamic personality with persuasive communication ability

- Fluency in Kannada & English preferred
