ob Title: Functional Test Engineer Airbus Windchill PLM** **Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled **Functional Test Engineer** with strong expertise in the **Airbus domain and Windchill PLM applications**. This role will be critical in ensuring the **quality, performance, and reliability** of Airbus Windchill solutions (PASS, MDM-R, GRAIL, PDMLink CC) through rigorous functional validation and stakeholder collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse business requirements and contribute to **test scope definition, estimation, and workload planning** - Design and execute **end-to-end functional test scenarios** for Windchill PLM applications - Create and maintain **comprehensive test scripts and test documentation** - Identify, log, track, and follow up on **defects through closure** - Monitor and report on **test progress, quality metrics, and defect status** to stakeholders - Collaborate closely with **business users, onsite teams, and engineering stakeholders** to ensure alignment - **Independently own and lead testing activities** for modules,



ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with minimal supervision - Facilitate **meetings, walkthroughs, and awareness sessions** effectively **Key Skills Expertise** - Solid experience in **Airbus domain and Product Configuration Management** - Deep expertise in **Windchill PLM** including: - System Administration - Data Model, Type Attribute Management - Workflow Release Management - Access Control (ACL) - Hands-on experience in: - **Functional Testing Migration Testing** - **Defect Lifecycle Management UAT support** - Working knowledge of **SQL** for querying, validation, and analysing backend data vs UI behaviour - Familiarity with **CATIA V5, CADINT, Windchill PLM, WGM** - Solid understanding of **SDLC and Waterfall methodology** **Core Competencies** - Excellent **communication and stakeholder management skills** - Ability to **drive discussions, coordinate across teams, and lead test activities independently** - Proactive mindset with strong **problem-solving and analytical abilities**
