Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Oracle Database, and end-to-end software development lifecycle practices. Additionally, the candidate must have strong functional knowledge of Collections and Debt Management Systems (DMS) & Legal Collection within the BFSI/NBFC domain and experience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Oracle Database.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, QA teams, and vendors.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in project planning, estimations, sprint activities, and release management.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, KT materials,



and operational runbooks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve application stability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, coding standards, and governance processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o Core Java (Java 8 or above)
o Spring Boot
o Spring MVC
o RESTful API Development
o Oracle Database (SQL & PL/SQL)
o Hibernate/JPA
o Microservices Architecture
• Strong understanding of application performance tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party system interfaces
• Collections Domain Expertise.
