Position: Civil Engineer Building Construction & Retrofitting

- Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and suitability

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Execute building construction works as per approved drawings, specifications and BOQ.
- Handle retrofitting, structural strengthening, repair and renovation works.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor quality, workmanship and progress of work.
- Prepare daily progress reports, measurements and site records.
- Manage manpower, materials and equipment at site.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Check quantities and measurements for contractor/subcontractor billing.
- Coordinate material requirements and procurement.




- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.

Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in building construction.
- Experience in retrofitting, structural repair, strengthening or renovation will be an advantage
- Good practical knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and general building works.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQ, measurements and quantity estimation
- Solid site coordination and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Candidates from Dehradun/Uttarakhand or those willing to relocate to Dehradun will be preferred.
