Job Description:

- 5 - 9 years of experience as a Certified Senior Systems Architect creating complex designs, developing reusable functions, successful user interfaces, and complex reporting and integration solutions for Pega multi-process business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
- Design and configure modern web views using the Pega Constellation architecture, minimizing custom code by leveraging App Studio and out-of-the-box UI templates
- Assist in defining and building component-driven layouts (React-based architecture) that offer seamless, responsive user experiences across all device types.
- Guide the team away from legacy Section-based UI structures toward modern, configuration-first Constellation design paradigms
- Implement advanced AI features, including Pega Knowledge Buddy, real-time GenAI case summaries, automated email/chat drafting, and intelligent data routing
- Experience in migrating Theme Cosmos application into Constellation Application
- Understanding of Data Pages in conjunction with Constellation, Data Page cache, Working knowledge of Savable Data Pages, understanding of refresh screens - Client side and Server side refresh
- Different ways of refreshing a screen - Flow Action, Declare Expression, Visibility Conditions
- Working experience of DX APIs and debugging
- Debugging Constellation application using UI Inspector, X-ray, Developer Tools, redux
- Understanding of Full Page, Partial Page Views and Relevant Records
- Good knowledge of Data Model - Embedded, Data, Case and User References
- Knowledge of building a Custom Component using ReactJs and publishing of Custom Components




- Working experience of building reports using Insights
- Experience using Auto Pilot, configuring and using GenAI Coach for Case Types
- Configuring data sources for GenAI Coach - Case History, Other Data sources, External Sources
- Working experience of using AI Designer on APP Studio
- Configuring Gen AI connect rule and integrating with any Case Type
- Working knowledge of configuring AI Agents and using them in Case Types
- Integrating AI Agents to other tools and external agents using MCP and debugging the AI responses
- Adding the Source to the AI generated response
- Working experience writing Agent Instructions and Guardrails for the AI Agents
- Deep knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices and enforcing guardrails across the team members
- Robust design and implementation skills in an Agile development environment
- Work as a team member in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team.
- Deep understanding of Pega Platform including application debugging tools and features.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance utilizing Pega diagnostic tools (PDC, PAL, Tracer, PLA) and database optimization techniques.
- Experience in PRPC Integration services, implementing Rule utility Functions, Reporting rule types and implementation of complex Case management, Agents, SLA's, Flows and portals.
- Have good knowledge of product creations, ruleset management and deployments to higher environments.
- Leverage deep knowledge of class structure design to create reusable application functions and features
