Job Description:

- Establishment and effective operation of a sustainable SOP governance framework.

- Timely review, standardisation, approval and publication of identified SOPs.

- Quality, consistency and completeness of process and control documentation.

- Percentage of SOPs reviewed or updated within the defined review cycle.

- Delivery of assigned internal projects within approved scope and agreed timelines.

- Accuracy and timeliness of project plans, dashboards, status updates and escalation.

- Timely completion of management audits against agreed scope and audit plan.

- Quality, objectivity and actionability of management-audit reports and recommendations.

- Effective and timely closure of identified audit gaps, supported by adequate evidence.

- Timely escalation and resolution of overdue, recurring or high-risk findings.

- Closure of project actions, risks and dependencies within agreed timelines.

- Stakeholder satisfaction and confidence among project sponsors, process owners and senior leadership.
