They act as the technical link between a company and its customers, ensuring optimal performance, managing preventive maintenance, and providing user training.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose equipment failures, replace faulty parts, and resolve technical issues during service calls.Installation & Commissioning: Set up new machinery or hardware and test systems to verify they meet operational standards.Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and servicing to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.Client Training & Support:



Educate customers on protected and effective equipment use and offer technical advice.Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate logs of service interventions, repairs, and parts used.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or relevant technical diploma.Technical Proficiency: Ability to read technical blueprints, schematics, and use diagnostic tools.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients.Mobility & Flexibility: Valid driver's license and readiness to travel for on-site field service.
