Role: Training Manager

Location: Delhi

Role Summary

We are looking for a Manager-Training to own the training and capability-building agenda across Muhavra.

The role will be responsible for translating SOPs, policies and process changes into effective training programs and ensuring consistent implementation across cafés.

The role will work closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, drive cafe-level training and audits, manage the training team, and continuously improve training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the annual training calendar across cafes and relevant teams.
- Develop and deliver training programs based on SOPs, policies, process changes and business needs.
- Ensure timely training and communication for new or revised SOPs and processes.
- Conduct regular cafe-level training visits and audits to assess capability and SOP adherence.
- Identify training gaps and drive refresher and corrective training throughout the year.
- Manage and develop the training team, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery.




- Partner with Operations and other teams to identify and address training and capability gaps.
- Track training coverage, effectiveness and audit outcomes through regular MIS and reporting.
- Continuously improve training content, delivery methods and assessment mechanisms.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Training, Operations Training or a similar role.
- Experience in F&B;, QSR, Retail, Hospitality or other frontline/operations-led businesses preferred.
- Experience managing store/cafe-level training and training teams.
- Strong understanding of SOP training, training needs identification and capability building.
- Experience conducting training audits and measuring training effectiveness.
- Robust communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong execution and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
- Comfortable with a hands-on, on-ground role involving regular cafe visits.
- Willingness to travel as required.
