Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee – RPA / AI to join our Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Intelligent Automation.

As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to design, develop, test, and support automation and AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and develop automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Assist in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation workflows.
- Support AI/ML and Data Science initiatives.
- Work with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications for system integrations.
- Contribute to AI-powered solutions like chatbots, document processing, and predictive models.
- Perform data preparation and analysis for machine learning projects.
- Create technical and process documentation.
- Troubleshoot automation and AI solutions.
- Follow organizational standards and best practices.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

Required Qualifications, Certifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, E&TC;, or related fields
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers with projects/internships can apply)
- Exposure to RPA, AI, ML, or Data Science projects
- Certifications (UiPath, Power Platform, Python, AI/ML) are a plus
- Participation in hackathons or automation projects preferred

Required Technical Skills & Tools

- Programming: Python (preferred) Or Java / C# / .NET / JavaScript
- Automation & Integration: RPA concepts and REST/SOAP APIs
- SQL & database fundamentals: Web technologies
- AI & Data Technologies: Basic understanding of AI / ML / DS / NLP / LLM / Generative AI / Data Analytics

- Power BI / Tableau
- SQL Server / MySQL
- Git / Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Power Platform
