About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist with a pharmaceutical or healthcare background to support commercial operations across Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands-on Veeva CRM expertise with advanced Excel and Power BI skills to turn field data, CRM activity logs, and sales metrics into actionable business insights for the commercial organization.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Commercial Operations, or Sales Analytics — Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry preferred.

Must-Have Skills

- Veeva CRM — hands-on proficiency in system setup, data hierarchy, user support, or field execution.
- Advanced Excel — mastery of complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and dynamic data modeling.
- Advanced Power BI — proven ability to build, maintain,



and publish interactive commercial dashboards and performance reports.
- Commercial Analytics — robust analytical mindset to transform raw field data, CRM activity logs, and sales metrics into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Veeva CRM administration, data hierarchy management, and field-force user support.
- Build, maintain, and publish Power BI dashboards for commercial and sales performance reporting.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models (Pivot Tables, Power Query) to support commercial analysis.
- Translate CRM activity logs and field data into actionable insights for the commercial team.

Partner with the SFE Manager and broader commercial team to drive sales force effectiveness initiatives
